These mix products are certified Kosher by the Chicago Rabbinical Council. Stevia is a plant that is native to South America and has been used as a natural sweetener for hundreds of years. Stevia is up to 300 times sweeter than sugar.
Sans Sucre® bakery products are primarily for retail, but due to recent Foodservice requests we are making them available to our institutional customers as well.
