Bernard Instant Cream Sauce Mix is an add water only mix that prepares in just minutes. Simply add the dry mix to hot water, mix by hand with a wire whip for a few seconds, allow mixture to stand for a short time and whip again prior to serving, (an electric mixer may be used if desired).
Bernard Cream Sauce is a versatile, all-purpose product that can be served over vegetables or combined with vegetables and cooked poultry and served over cooked rice or pasta, toasted bread or puffed pastry, or may be used as a base for other sauces by adding cheese, basil, mushrooms or tomatoes to taste.
