This sweet, tangy sauce can be used as a coating to add flavor to Chicken, Pork, Seafood, Meatballs and Vegetables. Bernard Sweet N Sour Sauce Mix can also be used to make Orange Sauce. Simply add one bag of Sweet N Sour Sauce Mix to 3 quarts of Orange Juice and 1 quart of water. Mix until dissolved. Allow to stand for 10 minutes prior to serving (do not add any sugar or vinegar). For smaller servings, add 4 tablespoons of Mix to ¾ cup of Orange Juice and ¼ cup of water.
