Simply add the Cheese Sauce Mix to hot water, mix by hand with a wire whisk, allow to stand for a few minutes, wire whisk by hand again briefly and it is ready to serve. The finished product is rich, creamy Cheese Sauce that is perfect for use in preparing Macaroni and Cheese and a wide variety of hot dishes.
